This Subprocessor List identifies third-party service providers that My Opus, Inc. ("Opus," "we," "us," or "our") currently engages to process personal information on our behalf in connection with the Opus services (the "Services"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
This list is intended to reflect current processing, not vendors we may use in the future. We add a provider when it is actually engaged to process personal information for the Services and remove it when that processing ends.
1. What We Mean by "Subprocessor"
A subprocessor is a service provider that processes personal information on Opus's behalf to help us provide, secure, support, or understand the Services.
The fact that a provider appears here does not mean that it receives every category of Opus data. Each provider receives only the information reasonably necessary for the function it performs, subject to the provider terms, contractual protections, and technical controls applicable to that service.

3. Changes to Subprocessors
We update this list when we add, materially change, or remove a subprocessor.
Where applicable law or our agreements require additional notice before a new subprocessor begins processing particular categories of personal information, Opus will provide that notice through the Services, by email, or by another appropriate method.

4. Internal and Professional Tools
Opus also uses ordinary business tools for source-code hosting, internal documentation, company administration, and professional services. Those tools are not automatically treated as subprocessors merely because Opus has an account with them.
Raw chat, safety, product-access-review, and other sensitive user content may not be copied into ordinary internal collaboration tools unless the processing has been separately approved, purpose-limited, and disclosed where required. If an internal or professional service begins routinely processing user personal information on Opus's behalf, we will evaluate whether it should be added to this list.

Opus support is not monitored continuously and cannot provide emergency or crisis assistance. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
